THE STORY OF THE LOGO
Back in the 1960s, operating through until the late 1980s / early 1990s, my grandfather owned a TV and Radio sales, rental and repair business called Piercys of Pimlico.

My logo is reminiscent of the shop's logo (seen on the matchbook below), but produced as a 3D element in REVIT using the loft form tool, and profiles located one above the other, offset by 200mm above and diagonally. Holes are created using void forms. The 3D form is then coloured black by material. Above that, there is a straight extrusion coloured white, with the logo viewed in 3D mode from above and without any perspective. It felt fitting to reproduce the logo in the software I work in, but for a purely decorative / creative purpose.
